This notice explains how Bear Creek Co handles information you provide through this website, including the quote request form.
Information you provide
The quote form may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and city or ZIP code, the service you are asking about, project details, an optional preferred date, and optional photos. It may also ask service-specific follow-up questions. Please send only information and photos relevant to your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
How we use it
Bear Creek Co uses quote request information to review your project, check service availability and location, contact you, prepare estimates, provide requested services, and keep business records. We do not sell quote request information.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. The quote form is processed and stored by Forminit, which sends submission notifications to PNWbearcreekco@gmail.com. Forminit says form data and uploaded files are hosted on AWS in Ireland, EU, and describes its security and data handling in its privacy notice and security information.
This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and stock images from Unsplash. Your browser requests those assets from their providers. See the Cloudflare, Google, and Unsplash privacy information for their practices.
These providers may process technical information, such as an IP address or browser details, to deliver their services and help protect them from abuse. Forminit may also capture campaign-source parameters included in the link you used to reach the form.
Retention and deletion
On Forminit’s free plan, submissions remain in its dashboard until the form owner deletes them. Email copies are managed separately and are not removed when a dashboard submission is deleted. Bear Creek Co keeps inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, or address disputes. To request access to or deletion of an inquiry, email PNWbearcreekco@gmail.com from the address used in your request.
Your choices
Photos and preferred dates are optional. You can also contact Bear Creek Co by email instead of using the form. Questions about this notice or a request concerning your information can be sent to PNWbearcreekco@gmail.com.
